Night shift.
As you probably gathered I am on night shift so I am again on-line at 10.10pm...............Adrian is asleep so I thought I would have a look at the blog as I haven't written anything for a while.
Well still nothing is happening and it wont until we go on holidays yeah looking forward to that.
The parents will be taken the cat friends will be looking after the house everything is going to be great.....................but this is not happening for a while and it seems like an eternity.........
Bought the tickets so far in advance and have booked hotels, cars flights etc already so there is nothing to do except wait and Google all the places we are going to.
Pubs in London, Antwerp, Brussels and Copenhagen have been organised...............the once that were picked has been picked because of the numbers of beers they have that Adrian hasn't tried yet..........
Ironing board
Well ebay did not get the ironing board hard rubbish collection did. It took us forever to get it out of the cupboard as there were no room to move. I couldn't get the screw driving into that tiny space they had left for me...........finally we got it and that was after we had cursed the screws and the previous owners for putting it there................

New House
Well we have finally moved into our new house. It is great and big and I mean big we don't know what to do with ourselves it is so big. Well we did use to live in a shoebox so that is properbly why this feels so big.
Also there are cupboards everywhere so where we used to have things sitting around doing nothing we can now hide them so they can sit in the cupboards doing nothing.
Also we thought we had heaps of kitchen stuff.................nope sorry you have nothing because we have about 20 cupboards empty and a couple of drawes.
Still wondering what to do with the pull out ironing board that's in the kitchen........................maybe sell it on e-bay along with my lovely sail and wagon wheels. Yes we have wagon wheels 2 of them in fact and they aren't pretty.
The previous owner did paint one of them for us, which made it look like a white wagon wheel but we still don't like it................
We also have a windmill out the front which we have been told is a great climbing item for all the 2 year old that come around............thanks Chops. We appreciated that one.
Chops is 2 and she really liked that windmill thou I don't think her mum did should ask her when she calms down.
Well what else has happend not much we changed the hot water system to Rheem you know the song install a Rheem install a Rheem the guy at the shop thought I had lost my tiny mind when I started singing...................
Will write again when something else happens bye for now

Xmas Dinner at the Danish Club
Just arrived home from dinner at the danish club wow I ate to much and I mean to much, if Adrian wants breakfast tomorrow morning he will have to get it himself, because I don't think I can face food for the next 24 hours.........
If you ever wanted to experience a danish Christmas you will have to go we danced around the tree sang Christmas carols and basically had a really good evening.
The food was great we had for starters I had Prawns in a thousand island dressing and Adrian had a tuna salad which looked a bit weired but tasted oh so yummy.
After this and a couple of songs (danish of course) we had pork, duck, potatoes and caramelized potatoes, red cabbage and Waldorf salad yum.
For dessert we had ris a l'amande wow that was the piece resistance but again I didn't get the almond............
The only time I get the almond is when my parents cheated when I was little.
All in all we enjoyed ourselves and wish everyone a merry Christmas and happy new year.
moving
well at the moment we are trying to decide if we should move ourselves or have someone doing it for us as we are basically really lazy. The cost is amazing I thought it would be around $50-$60 per hour but boy I was wrong, the cheapest we have at the moment and that is with us packing. $149.00 per hour and the minimum is 2 hours........how do we know that they wont be slacking off...........how do we know that they wont take the long way around. So instead of taking 10 mins to get to our new place they could take the long way around and it take 45 mins. Where is the guarantees on these things.
Ok Ok I know stop complaining nobody cares.

Swedish Church
Yesterday we went to the Swedish Church to see what great things they had from back home (Denmark that is not Sweden) I wished that I had actually gotten to the tables in the hall itself, as I'm sure there would have been a couple of things there, I would need for my Christmas tree and for around the house.
But I wasn't that lucky, there were people everywhere and around the tables it was 5 deep and people were not polite they were pushy and I mean pushy. I have so many bruises and my feet the day after are still in pain from being stepped on.
So if anyone out there have a picture of what they sold at the Swedish Church could you please post it here. Thanks
The things I saw yesterday and had access to were food glories food there were so much thanks to the volunteers. I only had to wait in line 3 times and there were no pushing...........thank you.
And one final note to the day was that I had fun and it was a great day out I would recommend it to anyone Swedish, Norwegian, Finish or Dane you have to go its fantastic everyone is happy except around the Xmas decorations. The food were the best reminded me of home.
